Let's start with a conversation.  Tell me about your business/charity, about your vision for your website, about what functionality you need.  If you've seen any other websites that have features you like, point me in their general direction!

I give you a quote

I'll do my best to give you a fixed quote based on what you need and how long I think it's going to take me.  If along the way you decide you want some small changes (e.g. a few extra pages) then I won't charge for this.  However, if you decide that there's something extra that's fairly major (e.g. a commercial extension I have to buy or something that will be very time-consuming to implement), I reserve the right to charge for this.  I'll be completely upfront and perfectly reasonable about this - something my clients will attest to!

We build the site

Sites are build on a live development domain, so you'll have the change for input every step of the way.  You'll learn how to edit and upload content so that when the site goes live you are confident about managing your own content.  Indeed, I have about fifty tutorial videos to help you!

I'll do my absolute best to produce what you want, within your timescales and for a very fair price.  So, please be a nice client unlike these individuals :)
